KICKBALL OPENING DAY
On May 2, 2009 history was made at the PAL when the first kid kicked off
the PAL Kickball league. The league is made up of 4 teams, Eagle Rock
Diner, Fortissimo Pizzaria, Postur Perfect Chiropractic and Milestone
Orthodontics.
The first game pitted a tough Eagle Rock Diner squad against Fortissimo,
Eagle Rock took the game in the last inning with aggressive base running, it
seems that these two teams will have some vicous battles over the next 5
weeks.
The second round saw Posture Perfice take a 1 run game over the well
schooled Milestone team. With these four teams battling every Saturday
Morning at Hazel School Field they are showing just how kickball is every
bit a competitive sport just like baseball and softball. Everyone
really seem to have fun, especially because the kids really seem to be
learning the game.
The rules of kickball closely follow baseball and softball so these kids
are really getting prepared for the future while having a blast.

Baseball is in full swing
with games every night and on Saturday. Next Week we will bring the
results and standings to the news letter.

Every Friday night beginning May 15. All signups
to be held at the Albanese Sports Complex 28 Prospect Place West Orange.
You need a copy of the Birth Certificate, a copy of a Report Card and a
$100.00 registration fee.
