Age/Sport:

Baseball: between 8 and 12 as of July 31.

Football/Cheerleading: between 8 and 14 as of September 1^st.

* Football – you may not turn 15 during the year or be a freshman in highschool

Kickball – ages 5 – 7.

Eligibility: In order to participate in the West Orange PAL you must be a resident of West Orange.
